Questions teams ask first
Our main software has no API. Can you still connect it?
Yes. We work through its screen, in a browser or a remote desktop session, the way a person would. It is slower than an API, so we only use it where nothing better exists.
Do we have to move our data?
No. Your data stays in your tools. The platform reads what it needs, with the permissions you give it.
Can it run on our own domain?
Yes. Apps and portals can sit on a domain of yours, with your logo and sign-in through your Google or Microsoft accounts.
Who can see what?
Each person sees only what they could already open in the original tool. Each agent gets its own, narrower permissions.
